One-off sessions can be booked and paid for individually. They can be arranged as and when you require.
We will provide you with a top level coaching experience in each session. Utilising NLP, hypnosis, and other powerful neuroscience based methods, you'll experience some immediate benefit, and in some cases make profound leaps in your own achievement and development.

Some life challenges may be resolved in one to two sessions. Others will require a few sessions. We'll do our best to advise you what to expect. You can book further sessions at a time that suits you.
​Note: Unlike our Coaching Packages, One-off sessions do not come with structured additional contact and support between sessions,
and do not operate on a long term focus.
