
Transforming Communication
A certified, 26 hour training in sophisticated, evidence based communication skills. Get your team on the same page, even if things have gotten tricky. This is an experiential training, participants will leave with the necessary experience to successfully practice the following skills.
What you will learn:

Approach challenging conversations with confidence and ease.

Raise your concerns skillfully in a work or personal relationship.

Know how to start a difficult conversation in a way that attracts engagement.

Help others to feel heard and resolve their own concerns in a way that is empowering to them, and strengthens the relationship with you.

Learn to identify and avoid common communication pit falls.

Identify the right skills to resolve various types of conflict at work or home.

Action, or facilitate for others, a win-win conflict resolution process.

Influence others to reconsider their perspective or align with the group or organisation.
