Step one:

Submit your Expression of Interest

for the Executive Coaching Programme

(administration fee of $270).

This includes:

Your opportunity to try before you buy

(Initial session, online).

An extensive self-assessment tool. Plus, our feedback on your ambitions, challenges and starting points identified through the self assessment.

Step two:

We'll invite you to join our Executive Coaching Programme in 2024*.

You'll receive an invitation to subscribe to the programme, requiring a one-off payment of NZD $3,500.00.

The fine print:

*Following receipt of your completed self-assessment, and completion of the initial session online, Being and Doing Well will advise whether Executive Coaching is your best path to success. Integrity is one of our core values. We wont offer you the coaching package unless we think this best serves your needs.

We may refer you to other services we offer or to other providers.

Executive Coaching Package 2024 places are limited.

On completion of the Executive Coaching Programme 2024, pending availability, you may be invited to renew your subscription for another five sessions.

What does the full programme include?

5 pre-arranged, 90 minute Executive Coaching sessions held over 5 months. Sessions one and five will be held in person. Sessions two, three and four will be online.

A monthly email check-in to remind you of the outcomes, you have set, your intentions for the month and progress with any work you have committed to doing towards these.

A monthly 15 minute phone catch-up. This occurs between sessions. It can be used for example to ask clarifying questions, for support with an immediate challenge, or to plan the upcoming session.

The Expression of Interest administration fee includes:

Receive and complete our extensive self-assessment.

Attend your first Executive Coaching Session. (An online session).

Receive feedback and insights on your ambitions, your challenges to address during coaching, and any strengths or weaknesses identified.

The self-assessment will set you up for success.

Once you have completed the assessment, we'll use this to prioritise our discussion in the initial session online. From this you will be supported to outline

Your professional and personal goals for the following 12 months.

Any challenges to address during coaching.

Your starting points.

This self-assessment is rigorous. It's a valuable clarifying exercise on it's own. And it's yours to keep. If you are invited to join the Executive Coaching Programme 2024 this will provide you with a baseline, in order to measure your achievement in the Programme.
